Cindy owns and runs the Brown Paper empire (and by "runs" we mean she turns up and drinks the days takings). After running BPFC for a few years over the phone, she was forced to open the shop in the summer of 2008 by immergration, who'd been on her case to get a proper job since she fist arrived in the country ten years ago.
